I moved into a new house a couple years ago. The AC wasn’t working well so I called Andrei at INVENTI SERVICE. He came to the house and diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant, likely from a leak. He started by refilling the system at the least to get the system working again and at worst to test how bad the leak was.
Based on the performance of the system for the rest of the summer the leak must have been pretty bad, but we fought through the season.
This year I resolve to fix the problem so I called them again at the end of spring for a quote to replace the system and make various other improvements to the existing ductwork to improve its function.
The quote was reasonable and they got started pretty quickly. The new system obviously improved the situation but the ductwork modifications he suggested were a game changer. The system cranks out so much more air volume after the changes. Glad he suggested it!
Between the new system, which actually functions, and the air flow improvements as result of the duct work changes, my electric bill has been cut almost in half. Hard to believe, but true. Doubt that will be the case for everyone but glad for my situation!

Andrei at Inventi was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He gave me a great price and the entire new HVAC system was installed and working within 7 days of the initial inquiry. All of the workers were professional and worked hard to get the job done. Everything promised by Andrei was kept and I would not hesitate to use Inventi again. I highly recommend them.

Andrei was very thorough. He explained clearly what the issue was and indicated everything he did on the invoice. We also appreciate that he came prepare with his own disposable shoe covers so we didn't need to clean the floor after. It's just a small thing, but we think it shows how he cares about his customer.

Previous Hvac company inspected the same issue and didn't identify the main refrigerant leak, Andrei found it in 5 seconds.

Andre from Inventi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me determine the best locations for mini splits that would fit in terms of where the compressors could be located, which areas the mini splits would be most useful in, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about what pipes tend to leak, what fittings work best to avoid leaks, and was able to help me purchase any that I was having difficulty finding on my own. My 6 mini splits are now installed and working fantastically just in time for the summer!
