We visited a customer who had some issues with his Mr cool mini split units; he's got two identical machines serving each side of his house. Apparently, both units were falling a bit short on their refrigerant levels – even though they're only six years old! We thoroughly inspected both units and provided the homeowner with a few repair options. After giving it some thought, he opted to top-off the refrigerant. So, we added some refrigerant to each unit, complying with EPA codes. Temporary solution, we acknowledge, as there's a probability of a refrigerant leak in action here. But, for now, the machines are running smoothly. Just as a heads up though, this particular fix comes without a warranty.

We've had a busy day sorting out a customer's water heating issues. They called us for a complete replacement of their electric storage tank water heater and, of course, we were up for the task! Our top choice for the job was an A.O .Smith electric 40-gallon storage tank water heater, known for its durability and performance. As a part of the complete renovation, we also installed an expansion tank and an emergency shutoff switch near the furnace, adding an extra layer of safety for the family. A new drain pan was also added to the setup, and all our fittings were secured with pro press for seamless installation. It felt great ensuring our customer's home is safer and more comfortable!

Just finished up at a customer's home who had almost committed to getting their entire AC unit replaced. They had been told by a previous service provider that their 5-year-old central system was beyond saving - a cool $15,000 job. They asked us to provide a second estimate, but we found something different altogether. It wasn't the death of the AC; it was just a choked air filter. We swapped it out and voila, the AC was up and running like it was brand new. Talk about dodging a bullet. Turned out, the real expense was a modest $89 tuneup. It goes to show how a quick check can save a lot of trouble and a lot of money! We're always ready to help, to inspect, and to save your day (and your wallet)!

The customer recently gave us a shout when their central AC stopped cooling effectively. So we slipped into our superhero gear to bring them the comfort they deserved. Our team replaced the troubled central AC coil and condenser using a top-notch Reem AC that works on R410a refrigerant. But we didn't stop there! We also installed a spanking new media filter cabinet and a return riser, and replaced their return drop with a bigger size duct for optimal cooling. With our devoted professionals accomplishing this task, we're sure their house will feel like a cool oasis, even during peak summer. And the frosting on the cake? We're currently wrapping up a job where we got called out on a no AC matter. The customer reached out to us because his air conditioner wasn't working, and the weather is really heating up. Upon checking, we found that a condenser fan motor had unfortunately failed. Good news is the AC is still under warranty and we also happen to be RUUD authorized dealers. So we were able to provide the replacement motor at zero expense for the customer. All they needed to cover was the labor. In no time, like two hours to be exact, they were back to enjoying their AC. We didn't stop there. We proceeded with a tuneup for good measure to ensure everything continues running smoothly. Another good job and a happy customer

We recently had a customer contact us due to some serious issues with their old AC units and gas furnace. To solve their problem, we rolled up our sleeves and replaced 2 AC coils and condensers along with a gas furnace. With these replacements, we used a superior Carrier AC unit and a top-notch standard gas furnace. But we didn't stop there. We also added a little more functionality to their home by adding a return to the first floor. Included in this process, we installed a media filter to help the indoor air quality and situated a return bottom riser. We can confidently say our customer is now enjoying more efficient cooling, and heating, while breathing in cleaner air too!

The customer contacted us because their old furnace and AC weren't performing effectively anymore. They were keen in high energy efficient systems and desired clean and quality indoor air as well. To deliver the solution, we installed a RUUD high efficiency gas furnace and a RUUD 14 SEER AC, known for their top performance and reliability. We also installed a condensate pump with an acid neutralizer and run a new water tubing for smooth operation. Furthermore, we replaced the return ductwork to ensure efficient air circulation. As an added benefit, we installed a media filter cabinet for improved air quality and guaranteed a healthier living space. The customer was quite impressed with our prompt and comprehensive service!

Another day, another fulfilled job! A customer reached out to us, struggling with an overheating issue from their old furnace. It wasn't a just pulse, the culprit was an oversized heating capacity. Turns out, too much of a good thing can get quite hot! So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. The solution? We replaced the problematic furnace with a trusty Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU one stage gas furnace - a more fitting solution to handle this home's needs. But we didn't just stop there. We also upgraded the setup with a media filter cabinet and expanded the existing return. These tweaks allow for better air circulation and a more efficient system overall. Old furnace out, new furnace in, and a much happier homeowner.

Just pulled up from a busy day helping a homeowner who was fretting over their steam gas boiler that had thrown a fit and stopped working. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work determining the problem had to do with clogged pressure devices and pipes. So, we cleaned all the clogs, added a cleaning chemical to break down any residue, and replaced the relief valve to make sure it was in top shape. We also replaced the pressure gauge, to accurately monitor the boiler's performance. Not to forget, we cleaned the sight glass ensuring clear and accurate readings for safe operation. The final touch? We installed a new water feeder to maintain proper water levels in the steam boiler.
