Andrei was very thorough. He explained clearly what the issue was and indicated everything he did on the invoice. We also appreciate that he came prepare with his own disposable shoe covers so we didn't need to clean the floor after. It's just a small thing, but we think it shows how he cares about his customer.

Worked with Andrei, very professional. Explained clearly everything that was wrong and the repairs he would do. Very quick with scheduling. Given extent of repairs, cost was reasonable. Previous Hvac company inspected the same issue and didn't identify the main refrigerant leak, Andrei found it in 5 seconds. If any further issues with the system will be staying with inventi.

Andre from Inventi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me determine the best locations for mini splits that would fit in terms of where the compressors could be located, which areas the mini splits would be most useful in, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about what pipes tend to leak, what fittings work best to avoid leaks, and was able to help me purchase any that I was having difficulty finding on my own. My 6 mini splits are now installed and working fantastically just in time for the summer!

Like all the other review, the service was top notch.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I need to have my boiler serviced and a combustion report. Work was done quickly and diligently. Price was great, same as quoted over the phone. Recommend to anybody looking for HVAC maintenance or installation.
